Registration Fee

Registration fee is non-refundable.


After School Programs

If you wish to cancel your after school registration, you can contact our office at 908-350-6000 or [email protected]. The following policies and timeline apply:

• If you notify us 30 days before the start of a specific month, you can apply for a 75% refund or a 100% credit for that month on your account for a future enrollment.
• If you notify us less than 30 days before the start of a specific month, you can apply for a 50% credit for that month on your account for a future enrollment.

• Once the after school program begins for that month, we cannot make any adjustments or offer any credits.

 

Enrichment Programs

If you wish to cancel your enrich program registration, you can contact our office at 908-350-6000 or [email protected]. The following policies and timeline apply:

• If you notify us before the program starts, you can apply for a 75% refund or a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment.

• If you notify us before the second class of the program, you may receive a 100% of unused credit on your account for a future enrollment

• If you notify us after the second class of the program, you may receive a 50% of unused credit on your account for a future enrollment

 

 

Credit Policy

At Han Academy, credits may be issued for cancellations or missed classes at our discretion. Credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance and must be used before expiration. They are applied to balances before any discounts on new enrollments and can be used for tuition, class enrollments, or camps—but not for late fees or non-tuition charges. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Families can view their available credits and expiration dates in their Han Academy account and before checking out during the payment process.
